First of all, after one year of total bliss with a pair of Sonos 1s I bought the new 5 and I love this speaker! I never thought Id spend $500 for a plug-in speaker but the sound quality is amazing! I am a Sonos man for life! The Sonos App is very good, but these beautiful speakers deserve an industry leading App. Its menus are not intuitive and it feels like a poorly funded startups offering. I had to call their tech support just to get my 5 activated... Sonos tech support was awesome but come on... Note to Sonos: I had packed the 5 up to take it back for a refund! So it would be worth a few bucks of App development to keep this from happening... Wouldnt it Sonos? About 90% of the speakers operating value is wrapped up in the Apps interface so PLEASE do it RIGHT!
