Sonos S1 Controller App Reviews

Hate to give one star (I love Sonos and Im a heavy User), but there is some sort of incompatibility with iOS 10. Since I upgrated my phone, all music services and updates stoped working (I live in Brazil). If I turn my VPN on (US based), it works fine. Using an iPhone running on iOS 9, works fine too. Please, check this issue so I can enjoy it again! Tks.

Phenomenal. Worth every cent for the hardware. The software is a brilliant enhancement. My wishes for Apple Music support - well especially beats one - came true.

We can listen to music downstairs or upstairs No remote control just the phone :)

The music drops out so often it is not worth using for any length of time. When it is working it is terrific. A directly wired sound bar on the tv works consistently and provides great audio for shows and movies.

App works amazing with Apple Music, love the different zones

Its ok, theres some things I like and some things I dont.

I have had the Sonos system since 2013. All of its components are easy to use and always work. It is also easily compatible with all my music formats whether streaming or playlists or source devices. It is simply the best.

Ive had a pair of play:1 for over a year. The only way I could be happier would be to add a bunch more along with bar, sub, play:5 all over my house. And I will very soon.

The sound apps only show a short list of your feed. And its often not up to date. So if you are an daily user of Sonos you dont get to see the new stuff in realtime. A bit annoying. But I like how you can pull songs from any source to build a Sonos playlist. Thats pretty cool

Started with Denon Heos...mistake. Now have several Sonos products, they are great.

Absolutely love this system. The sound is amazing. They just need to improve the play bar connection to my Sony TV. Cant listen to full Dolby sound as it is to compatible with a lot of new TVs.

The system works as advertised. The app is very easy to use. Grouping rooms, adding a music service, or another Sonos speaker is a snap..

Wow, what a great package. App and speakers produce a fantastic listening experience. Easy to set up, love the way the True Sound function tailors each speaker in the network. Outstanding

Have tried other hardware and software but ended up frustrated. Sonos hardware and software provides a solution for wireless music distribution that simply works. Once the system was installed the connections to my music library was straightforward. I have been using the system for nearly two years and I am extremely pleased with the robustness. I would highly recommend the Sonos system to anyone wanting music distributed wirelessly throughout their home.
